British Universal Talent Development Association
The British Universal Talent Development Association (BUTDA) is an arts
organisation that focuses on providing training for young people with a view to gaining employment within
the industry. BUTDA comprises community activists with a background in music
such as Jamaican reggae artist King Roy Shirley and aims to enhance social welfare within London’s
disadvantaged areas and disaffected young people.
GCDA successfully assisted fund-raising applications to both
The Arts Council, the national development
agency for the arts in England, distributing public money from Government and
the National Lottery and Awards for All, a
Lottery grants scheme for local communities in the UK.
